Gonabad Qasabeh Qanat

In the wide plain area of 72 km on the north-east of Gonabad and north of Gisur village, there is a brick and beautiful brick building belonging to the eighth century AH. This building is mistakenly known as the tomb of Joghtai son of Genghis Khan Mongol, but it is likely that the grave of one of the nobles and officials of Iran whose identity has not been revealed.

The shrine consists of a quadrangle with a dome over it. In the lower part of the building, the place of a subbasement has been identified that the place of burial of the deceased was probably in the same part.
